Pegah Creamy Cheese

Is prepared from cow fresh rich in fat milk, starter,cheese starter and a little salt. It is produced, packed and supplied to the sale market in round boxes containing eight 17.5 gram pieces of cheese ,each to be consumed by one person (packed in aluminum foil). In the meantime it could be supplied in plastic receptacles of various weights.

It is kept and transported in the tempratures between 4 to 6 centigrade degree.It is free from chemical supporting agents.

It is very suitable for being supplied in restaurants , hotels,aircraft catering and the places which one-man food is used.Most times is served on breakfast table.
